Job Summary: The Capacity Planning Manager serves as a champion in supporting the proposal development, negotiation, and application phase for the implementation of Brinks Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) across the North American footprint (U.S. and Canada) with the goal of enhancing the customer onboarding experience and accelerating revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced analytics, optimization, capacity analysis, and experience in both continuous improvement and project management. Key Responsibilities: + Work collaboratively with internal and external process partners during the proposal development phase to deliver an optimized implementation plan across the portfolio of new DRS customers to maximize net new revenue. + Finalize the customer deployment plan during the negotiation phase + Partner with the DRS Implementation manager to understand project management capacity and assignment for large estate customers. + Develop connectivity among multiple installers to maximize yield relative to the available capacity across their respective markets. + Support the monthly DRS S&OP and Forecasting Outlook for the purpose of meeting financial targets. + Utilize Brinks internal systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI among other tools to track project status. + Foster a positive environment where co-workers are encouraged to seek guidance, provide feedback and participate in the Brinks DRS Strategy Deployment Initiatives Minimum Qualifications: + Minimum of 7 years’ experience in capacity planning, operations, and project management. + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial engineering, or Operations Management Preferred Qualifications: + 10+ years’ experience in capacity planning, operations, and project management + Master’s Degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management Professional Skills: + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Solid conflict resolution skills + Thought Leadership skills + Presentation and communication skills + Strong customer and vendor relationship skills + Highly organized and detail oriented + Ability to adapt to dynamic workflow + Excellent interpersonal skills + Professional, positive demeanor + Excellent business acumen + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Analytics, Resource Management & Optimization Tools If you have the background and integrity we require and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we hope you will consider employment with Brink’s U.S. We provide a competitive salary, medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans.
