We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities. *JOB SUMMARY* Promotes patient safety and comfort through one-to-one monitoring or continual patient observation and care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. *Key areas of responsibility * • Provides constant or close observation of the patient(s). • Maintains clean, safe and orderly environment conducive to patient safety and comfort. Adheres to infection control policy as required. • Communicates critical patient behaviors and needs to clinical staff and/or nursing staff as necessary. • Provides patient care to the extent allowed by the individual’s clinical training and expertise and/or delegated by a registered nurse. • Performs other related duties as required *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * *Education*: Successful completion of HHC orientation *Experience*: No experience required, training provided on-site. *Licensure, Certification, Registration*: Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date. *Language Skills:*Must be able to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information in English.
