+ GENERAL DESCRIPTION
+ The Patient Registration Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Registration Department. This role ensures efficient workflows and maintains high standards of operational excellence. As a key leader in front-end services, the manager plays a critical role in shaping first impressions and enhancing the overall experience for patients, families, visitors, and guests.
+ EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
+ + High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
+ Computer experience required.
+ WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
+ Previous patient registration experience preferred.
+ Minimum of 1 year experience with electronic medical records required, EPIC specifically preferred.
+ Proficient communication, attention to detail and ability to write legibly required.
+ Minimum of 1 year experience as a lead or supervisor over a respective functional area and personnel.
