    Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician - $30-$35/hr

    Whats in it for you?

     

    + **$30-$35/hr**

    + **1st shift 8:00am-$4:30pm**

    + **Monday -Friday (possible 4 day schedule is an option also)**

    What will you be doing?

     

    + Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all molding, stamping, assembly, packaging and auxiliary machines

    + Perform preventative and autonomous maintenance on equipment

    + Make improvements and updates to existing equipment

    + Initiate and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement projects

    + Effectively use CMMS to document all work performed on equipment

    + Participate in design review activities for new and existing equipment

    + Maintain spare parts inventory

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Perform other duties as assigned

     

    What do you bring?

     

    + Positive, can-do attitude

    + Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machinery; which includes electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

    + Capable for reading and interpreting electrical schematic PLC programs and mechanical blueprints

    + Ability to operate various shop equipment and hand tools to perform repairs

    + General knowledge of machine controls

    + Strong organizational skills

    + Working knowledge of computers as well as Microsoft Office

    + 3-5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
