Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Pay Range:** $18.60 per hour

**Shift:** Second

What's the Job?

+ Operate a computer-controlled production system for multiple raw material ingredients in a mix room

+ Ensure the production line runs according to performance and quality standards

+ Coordinate with material handlers and heavy equipment operators to manage material flow

+ Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment

+ Conduct quality checks, including weighing and volume measurements, and document production activities accurately

What's Needed?

+ Ability to read instructions in English and follow safety procedures

+ Willingness to work in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy environments

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed

+ Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays

+ Valid forklift certification is required
