Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly and quality assurance of engine components. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Operator

**Pay Range:** $18.20 (1st Shift), $19.11 (2nd Shift), $20.02 (3rd Shift)

Shift: Must be open to any shift. 1st, 2nd or 3rd

What's the Job?

+ Perform assembly tasks for engine components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

+ Operate machinery and tools efficiently and accurately.

+ Assist in quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

+ Ability to pass pre-employment requirements.

+ Willingness to work any shift, including nights and weekends.

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
