Production Operator (3-Day Workweek – 12-Hour Shifts)

**Pay Rate:** $22.00/hr

**Schedule:** Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3/12s)

Job Description

We are seeking a **Production Operator** with a strong manufacturing background to join our team. In this role, you will operate automated equipment, follow detailed process instructions, and support production goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor automated equipment.

+ Perform surface preparation tasks including remelt processing, slab evaluation, pixel debond, CO₂/ultrasonic cleaning, anneal, palletizing, etching, PCAT, and pixel sorting.

+ Conduct equipment checks and ensure machines are functioning properly.

+ Accurately document production data in systems.

+ Communicate production requirements across shifts.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Adhere to safety protocols, PPE usage, and company procedures.

Requirements

+ Previous **manufacturing or production experience required** .

+ COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted where applicable)

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

+ Familiarity with PPE and safe handling of chemicals (MSDS knowledge preferred).

+ Willingness to work a 12-hour weekend shift schedule.
