    + 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + Competitive pay: $17.50-$19/hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment

    + Perform quality checks to meet defined standards

    + Read and interpret written specifications in English

    + Use basic measuring tools, including microscopes

    + Rotate through various tasks and work areas

    + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

    + Basic math and communication skills

    + Strong attention to detail and quality standards

    + Flexible and able to work extended or flexible hours

    + Team player attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

    + Occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 lbs
