Our client, fortune 500 in the beauty industry, is seeking a Lab Technician I to join their team. As a **Lab Technician** , you will be part of the Quality Assurance department **supporting microbiological testing** activities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, experience working with pipetting or aseptic techniques and Knowledge of microbiological testing procedures.

**Job Title:** Lab Technician I

**Pay Range:** $20 - $25 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Support manufacturing activities by performing microbiological quality control tests on finished goods, raw materials, and bulk products

+ Conduct air, water, and environmental sampling and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards

+ Accurately prepare, document, and maintain records, reports, and validation studies such as disinfection validation

+ Identify and alert management to potential quality control issues in a timely manner

+ Participate in microbiological audits and serve as a management representative during compliance reviews

What's Needed?

+ **Experience working in a laboratory setting** with **pipetting or aseptic techniques**

+ **Knowledge of microbiological testing procedures** and quality standards

+ Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

+ Proficiency with standard computer systems such as MS Office
