Manpower is partnering up with a global distribution leader, in seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team.

This role sits at the intersection of facilities upkeep and warehouse support, contributing to the smooth operation of physical spaces through hands-on maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks. Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in construction, janitorial services, or general maintenance, this position supports operational efficiency and safety across the site. Forklift experience is a plus!

**Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Manchester, PA

**Pay Range:** $21.10 Hour

What’s the Job?

+ Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including - Painting, minor drywall repair, and operating small hand tools with blades.

+ Carry out janitorial duties such as - sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces. Handling and using various cleaning chemicals safely.

+ Operate at heights when necessary (scissor lift experience is a plus)

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

What’s Needed?

+ Proven ability to work independently without supervision

+ Strong safety awareness and judgement when approaching tasks

+ Experience in home repair, construction, or general maintenance.
