    **Title:** IT Support & Coordinator

    **Location:** Temecula, CA (100% Onsite)

    **Duration:** 12 Months

    **Pay Range:** $19 hr to $22/hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a “IT Support & Coordinator” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Senior Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) Inspector to inspect incoming parts and materials for compliance with specifications and drawings. This role requires experience with CMM equipment and a solid understanding of GD&T. The position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting Customer Service operations.

    + Coordinate with IT to ensure hardware and software access for team members.

    + Maintain accurate documentation for processes and issue resolution.

    + Support internal projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Required Skills:

    + Experience with IT systems or customer service applications.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    + Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
