Jacobs is seeking a Project Systems Specialist with a strong background in Oracle Primavera Unifier to join our dynamic PMIS team. This is an opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing project systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Unifier.
* Configure and customize Unifier modules, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
* Work with project stakeholders to define and implement business processes within Unifier.
* Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
* Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
* Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization.
* Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials.
* Stay updated on Oracle Unifier updates and best practices.
* Ensure data integrity and security within Unifier.
This position will be opened for at least 3 days.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of Project Controls experience
* At least 2+ years of experience focused on Unifier
* Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration and administration
* Experience with business process design and optimization, including proficiency in project management systems
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
Ideally You'll Also Have:
* Unifier Implementation Specialist certification
* Experience in construction, engineering, IT, or capital projects
