Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on a CNC Set up Operator on 2nd shift. This is a temp to hire position, with full time hours!
**Position** : CNC Set Up/Operator
**Hours** : 2:30pm – 10:30pm Monday – Friday
**Pay** : $26.00-33.00/hour Depending on prior experience
Position Summary:
Responsible for advanced setup, operation, and programming of CNC machines to produce precision components with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials and unloading parts
+ Run multiple machines simultaneously
+ Select tooling and fixtures; adjust tooling and work offsets
+ Troubleshoot and edit programs as needed
+ Perform basic program development
+ Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
+ Maintain clean and organized work area
+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
+ Follow safety and quality procedures
+ Communicate issues or delays clearly
+ Support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ 3+ years of machining experience or equivalent training preferred
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of CNC programming, machining practices, and measurement tools
+ Comfortable with trigonometry, geometry, and basic math
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
+ Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
+ Strong visual acuity and coordination required

**Pay Details:** $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
