    Currently, we are assisting **a local client** in recruiting for **Tariff Compliance Analyst** in **Holland, MI** . This is a **3-6 month** **contract assignment** that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable **technical and supply chain analysis** experience.

     

    As a **Tariff Compliance Analyst** , you will support the documentation and analysis of tariff-related data for aluminum, steel, and copper derivatives. You’ll work closely with engineering drawings, ERP systems, and vendors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    + Review SAP data and technical drawings to identify aluminum, steel, and copper derivatives

    + Estimate metal values based on part weight and alloy composition

    + Communicate with vendors to gather data on raw materials, weights, values, and Country of Origin

    + Document and aggregate data in Excel, databases, or SAP

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical field

    + 3–5 years of experience in a technical, operations, or supply chain role

    + Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

    + Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, data analysis)

    + Experience with task automation (VBA, Python, or other scripting languages) strongly preferred

    + Strong ability to read and interpret part and assembly drawings

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams

     

    The starting pay rate for **Tariff Compliance Analyst** jobs is **$50/hr** , plus overtime as needed. We have flexible scheduling options and can help you choose the best shift to fit your availability!
