Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Insurance Specialist working remotely!**

Pay rate: $ 16.50/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Sun, must have open availability 6a-9p ET

The Insurance Specialist role requires someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

+ Handle 70–100 inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in English

+ Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy

+ Process and issue insurance documents, including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations

+ Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and process errors with accuracy and efficiency

+ Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service

+ Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery

Education/Certification Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements:

• 6 – 12+ months of experience in customer service or call center within the **insurance industry**

• Ability to handle high call volumes

• Strong multitask skills and ability to work independently

• Proficient with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Excellent communication skills

**Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour
