Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Marketing Analyst
As a Marketing Analyst you will use data-driven market research to shape strategy, build business cases, and influence senior leaders while championing inclusive team culture.
**Location:** New york, NY (Hybrid)
**Employment Type:** Contract
**Pay Rate** :- $60-$70 /hour
What you’ll do
+ Translate data and market trends into clear recommendations and business cases.
+ Design and run pricing and market analyses (conjoint, Gabor-Granger, MaxDiff, TAM).
+ Lead survey design, vendor-managed studies, and qualitative research (focus groups).
+ Build dashboards, define metrics, and track impact on objectives.
+ Support senior leaders with ad-hoc research and executive-ready presentations.
+ Resolve stakeholder conflicts by surfacing assumptions and aligning goals.
+ Promote DEI: create psychological safety, enable inclusive decision-making, and track measurable progress.
Must-have skills & experience
+ 2+ years in marketing analytics, market research, or consulting.
+ Strong statistical and experimental-design skills.
+ Hands-on pricing research (conjoint, Gabor-Granger, MaxDiff).
+ Proven survey design and vendor-management experience.
+ Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for senior audiences.
+ Strong project management and consultative ability.
+ Comfortable building dashboards and exercising data judgment.
Tools & background
+ Google Sheets / Excel, Google Slides / Docs; familiar with market-research platforms.
+ Economics or consulting-style analytical background a plus (e.g., McKinsey/BCG experience).
+ Proactive, consumer-focused, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines.

**Pay Details:** $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
