    Job Title:** **Microbiological Quality Control Technician

    **Pay** : Up to 25/hr depending on education and background

    Schedule:

    + Primary: Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + Alternate: Friday–Monday (4x10-hour shifts) or Tuesday–Saturday (1st shift)

    Job Description:

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Microbiological Quality Control Technician** to support manufacturing operations by performing microbiological testing and quality control procedures in a fast-paced, GMP-compliant environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct microbiological testing on **finished goods, raw materials, and bulk products** .

    + Perform **environmental monitoring** , including air, water, and surface sampling and testing.

    + Accurately **prepare and maintain records** , documents, and reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

    + Execute **validation studies** , such as disinfection validations.

    + Proactively **identify and escalate** potential quality control issues to senior management.

    + Ensure compliance with **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** , methods, specifications, and industry best practices.

    + Participate in and conduct **microbiological audits** ; serve as a representative during internal and external compliance reviews.

    + Maintain a **clean and safe laboratory environment** , following all company policies and procedures.

    + Adhere to **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and **Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)** .

    + Support **supplemental project work** and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + Prior experience in a **laboratory setting** , preferably with **aseptic techniques** and **pipetting** .

    + Strong attention to detail and a proactive, analytical approach to **problem-solving** .

    + Effective **interpersonal and communication skills** , with the ability to work across teams and departments.

    + Demonstrated **reliability, initiative, and professionalism** in a fast-paced work environment.

    + A strong sense of **urgency** and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    + Proficiency in standard computer applications, including **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)** .

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
