Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional **Advanced Practice Provider** to join our growing Urology team in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

+ Practice consists of clinic only duties with occasional hospital rounding and consults, as needed

+ Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am to 4:30pm. **No night or weekend call**

+ Join a fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Education/Experience Requirements:

+ Master’s Degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant

+ Work or clinical experience in surgical specialty and/or inpatient care is required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

+ Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse OR physician assistant licensure

+ Opportunity to start immediately upon credentialing & privileging

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
