    Senior Application Developer

     

    Clearance: Top Secret

     

    Status: Exempt

     

    Salary: $115,00 - $130,000

     

    Overview

     

    We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to support a new contract.  This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security.

    Responsibilities

    + As an Application Developer focusing on large Applications and possibly Progressive Applications development, you will:

    + Modernization of large-scale web applications.

    + Deliver new applications that are intuitive and feel natural for users.

    + Provide updates and maintenance for existing applications.

    + Ensure software documentation is updated.

    + Leverage your development experience to increased innovation and team velocity.

    + Act as Technical SME for Web development and technologies in defining requirements, development and maintenance projects

    + Oversee junior and mid-level web developers and evaluate their performance

    + Work in an Agile environment with a multi-dimensional team of developers, UX designers, PMs and testers.

     

    Required Minimum Qualifications

     

    + Minimum 6 years’ experience developing web applications on Microsoft and Linux platforms.

    + .NET, C#, VB, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL Server 2016 (or newer), PostgreSQL.

    + Top Secret clearance.

    + Scrum Master Certification (CSM).

    + Bachelor degree in IT or related field.

    + Demonstrated experience in a professional, analytical occupation, working with relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server for the purpose of application development and data extraction.

    + Experience with Agile software development life cycle and software development life cycle.

    + Knowledge of and experience with spreadsheets and Microsoft software query tools.

    + Experience working with relational databases for the purpose of application support, quality control, and data integrity.

    + Ability to recommend enhancements that improve quality and efficiency.

    + Ability to work independently.

    + Ability to produce finished reporting engine reports, containing analyses and recommendations.

    + Experience with Government mandated 508 compliance and web design best practices.
