Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional **Advanced Practice Provider** to join our Urgent Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois.

Opportunity Details

+ Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available

+ Limited lab and X-ray on site

+ Three, 12-hour shifts (36-40 hours) per week with some weekends

+ Flexible hours depending upon needs: including days, evenings, and weekends

+ Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm; Express locations are open 365 days per year

+ Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

+ Average patients/day: varies but around 40-45 on average

+ Willingness to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group

+ No call requirements

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
