Description

Robert Half is partnering with a leading global law firm, to find a detail-oriented and proactive E-Billing Specialist to support their North America region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in legal billing, electronic invoicing systems, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate all aspects of e-billing for assigned attorneys.

+ Implement clients on applicable electronic billing systems and communicate system requirements and timelines.

+ Submit monthly e-invoices, ensuring compliance with client and firm guidelines.

+ Act as liaison between billing/collections teams, attorneys, secretaries, and clients.

+ Track invoice status from submission to acceptance and troubleshoot rejections.

+ Monitor new timekeepers and ensure timely rate approvals and system setup.

+ Collaborate with billing teams to resubmit corrected invoices and prevent future issues.

+ Maintain and update client arrangement data in Elite 3E.

+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing and reporting.

+ Support special projects and ad-hoc requests from leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

+ Minimum 3 years of e-billing experience in a legal or professional services environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

+ Understanding of complex billing and rate arrangements; experience with multi-payor systems preferred.
