Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Berkeley, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting litigation efforts and ensuring the seamless management of legal processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse cases while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation calendars and ensure deadlines are met accurately.

• Prepare and file legal documents with state and federal courts electronically.

• Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and other essential documents.

• Conduct discovery processes, including gathering and organizing relevant information.

• Collaborate with attorneys on trial preparation and case strategy.

• Utilize case management software to maintain organized records and workflows.

• Assist in the review and analysis of employment law matters.

• Provide administrative support to attorneys during court proceedings and meetings. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support.

• Strong understanding of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.

• Proficiency in trial preparation and the use of case management software.

• Familiarity with e-filing procedures for both state and federal courts.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle complex cases.

• Knowledge of employment law is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
