Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is a Contract-to-permanent position designed to offer long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate. The ideal individual will excel in troubleshooting and providing technical support across various platforms and devices, ensuring smooth operations for end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software, including Dell and Lenovo devices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.

• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Android and Apple devices.

• Utilize Cisco and Citrix technologies to address connectivity and network-related concerns.

• Perform remote support to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts and permissions.

• Implement and oversee backup technologies to safeguard data integrity.

• Conduct hardware diagnostics and repairs for computer systems.

• Ensure proper documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance user experience. Requirements • Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.

• Hands-on experience with Dell and Lenovo devices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services.

• Knowledge of configuration management and backup technologies.

• Strong understanding of Cisco and Citrix technologies.

• Experience working with Android and Apple devices.

• Competence in managing Active Directory accounts and permissions.
