This position may be located in Eden Prairie/Minneapolis, Kansas City or Chicago.

Responsibilities:

+ Collaborating with a cross-functional team of product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and engineers to design and deliver exceptional products our carriers love

+ Building efficient and reusable UI components and architecting reliable, performant, and scalable mobile solutions

+ Collaborating across teams to promote consistency

+ Following data-driven approaches to conducting experiments and iterating on features

+ Operate as a product-minded engineer, combining mobile expertise with business acumen to shape features that drive measurable impact.

+ Communicating complex ideas effectively and understanding tradeoffs in achieving product goals

+ Investing in the documentation of mobile best practices and coding patterns

Required Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of experience building mobile and web experiences

+ In-depth knowledge of React Native for iOS and Android

+ In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling (e.g., React, Webpack)

+ Experience with AI tools, LLM integration and code generation models

+ Robust design and UX/product sensibilities

+ Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

+ Growth mindset with a passion for learning and quickly understanding cross-functional needs is a must

+ Experience with end-to-end feature development including backend/API engineering

+ Interest in the latest trends in mobile development

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in system integration projects or global projects

+ Experience with transportation, logistics, or business systems

+ Experience building cloud native applications and services (ex. Azure, AWS, GCP)

+ Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

+ Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Compensation Range

$101,200.00 - $224,400.00

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
