    Service Advisor – Porsche Minneapolis

    As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our valued customers and our expert technicians. You’ll:

     

    + Initiate service and repair requests by identifying vehicle performance concerns and customer needs

    + Verify warranty and service contract coverage

    + Develop accurate estimates and write detailed repair orders

    + Maintain clear communication between customers and technicians

    + Keep customers informed of service status, specials, and expenses

    + Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs

    + Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records​

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous Service Advisor experience preferred

    + Prior experience as an automotive technician is a plus

    + Strong mechanical understanding of vehicles

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Team-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $64,500.00-$90,000High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
