CTG is seeking to fill a Strategic Planning & Risk Analyst III opening for our client in Richland, WA.
**Location:** Richland, WA
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Support enterprise-wide strategic planning by developing, monitoring, and updating strategic initiatives.
+ Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential risks, evaluating impacts, and recommending mitigation strategies.
+ Perform data analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support organizational decision-making.
+ Collaborate with leadership teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic objectives.
+ Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing risk findings, trends, and strategic outcomes.
+ Monitor changes in industry, regulatory, and market environments that could affect organizational risk and long-term planning.
+ Provide recommendations to enhance strategic alignment, risk management processes, and operational resilience.
Skills:
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting, and modeling techniques.
+ Knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related business intelligence tools.
Experience:
+ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in strategic planning, enterprise risk management, or related analytical roles.
+ Demonstrated success in supporting organizational strategy and risk assessments.
+ Experience preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
+ Prior experience in a regulated or complex industry environment preferred.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field required.
+ Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $46.00 to $68.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
