CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Project Analyst III.

Pay Rate:** **$40-$44/hour
**Work Hours:** M–F 8am–5pm, with extended workdays/weekends required occasionally depending on project phase and status
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree required
Description
Scope of Position:
As a Project Analyst within Shared Services, you will work with the local Finance Controlling team to define and improve business processes, business process design, and new functional introductions. The position will operate under the guidance of the local controlling team within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment to optimize and improve processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
+ Partner with the local Finance Controller team at a manufacturing plant to improve understanding of transaction processes, inventory flows, and resolve inventory-related questions.
+ Resolve complex system and process issues; collaborate with business and IT colleagues to address root causes and implement corrective measures.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert, providing solutions and best practices to increase efficiency and consulting with management on critical process-related matters.
+ Streamline processes where possible and communicate improvement opportunities to management.
+ Act as an expert in GAAP, finance systems, and related applications.
**Travel Requirements:** 50–75% domestic travel required to Phoenix, AZ.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ 3+ years’ experience in Finance/Supply Chain transactions and inventory management within Oracle Fusion ERP.
Required Skills:
+ Functional finance system knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
+ Strong background in finance and inventory management.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
+ Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines under pressure.
+ Strong customer focus and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
+ Initiative-driven, with the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
+ Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and follow-through.
