    This **Admissions Assistant** position with Ebenezer assists the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Corporate Admissions Department with the admissions process including insurance verification, communication, and data entry. This administrative role will support a smooth and efficient process to admit patients to our TCU/LTC units in Minnesota.

    This admissions assistant schedule includes;

    + 16 hours every two weeks ; part time

    + Day shift

    + Every other weekend and rotating holidays

    **Responsibilities** :

    + Ability to process and complete pre-admission tasks:

    + Ability to promote professional working relationships within Ebenezer/Fairview and with outside referral source

    + Ability to assist Ebenezer SNFs with various tasks

    + Performs all other duties as assigned and directed

    Required Qualifications:

    + Computer skills

    + None to 1 year previous experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Associate Degree

    + 1 to 3 years previous experience

    + Experience in Medical or Human Service Field
