    UPMC Presbyterian is hiring a Supervisor, Specialty Imaging Services to lead our Ultrasound team across UPMC Presbyterian, Falk, and Montefiore.

     

    Schedule: Steady daylight hours, Monday-Friday, with the flexibility of 24/7 accountability to support your team and ensure exceptional patient care.

    What You'll Do:

    + Provide leadership through orientation, training, and annual evaluations

    + Maintain efficient workflows, staffing, and communication across the department

    + Recognize and empower staff while keeping the patient experience front and center

    + Oversee policies, procedures, QA initiatives, and safety standards

    + Partner in hiring decisions, budgeting, and cost management

    + Ensure quality control testing, equipment performance, and timely repairs

    + Stay current with industry advancements and foster a culture of continuous learning

    + 4 years of imaging experience required.

    + Associate's degree in radiologic technology preferred.

    + Active ARDMS certification is highly preferred.

    + Previous Ultrasound experience is highly preferred.

    + Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

    + Effective analytical ability and interpersonal skillsLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

    + Graduate from an ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB Accredited School.

    + CPR or BLS Required.

    + CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

    + ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
