The Role

**Position Title:** Corporate Controller

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Corporate Controller** to lead our accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, driving financial efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with deep expertise in financial systems, and internal controls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements

+ Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors

+ Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies

+ Optimize accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy

+ Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to executive leadership

+ Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting capabilities

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams

+ Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital investments

Education & Experience:

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required; MBA preferred)

**Experience:** 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles

+ Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards

+ Experience with ERP systems

+ Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements

+ 10% Travel (including international)

Pay and Benefits:

The estimated base pay range for this position is: $144,000 - $218,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, qualifications, skills and geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive program.
