Description:

*Hybrid in Westlake, TX*

Join our innovative and dynamic engineering team as a Full Stack Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in building prototypes and assisting in the broad implementation of various modernization initiatives. As part of the Center of Excellence, you will work in a fast-paced agile environment, designing, building, upgrading, and testing applications across multiple platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the modernization, security remediation, and support of our platform. _Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $50 - $65 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ Design, build, upgrade, and test applications on multiple platforms

+ Lead and deliver initiatives related to modernization, security remediation, and platform support

+ Coordinate multiple development work streams and ensure scalable and extensible design

+ Define, maintain, and support Java development environment and best practices

+ Perform design, code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing

+ Provide mentorship to junior team members

+ Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

+ Facilitate consumer adoption of new API products

+ Decommission legacy assets in line with enterprise goals and objectives

Experience Requirements:

+ 10+ years of full stack development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Web Services (REST)

+ 7+ years of experience in database development (Oracle, SQL Server)

+ Strong technical design and analysis skills

+ Experience delivering secure applications and working with SCA tools such as Mend or Veracode

+ Working knowledge of API management software such as Apigee

+ Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy

+ Understanding and hands-on knowledge of Docker and cloud-computing platforms (AWS or Azure)

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
