    Description:

    Our industry leading client is looking for a Systems Analyst to add to their team.

     

    _Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    _Rate: $45 - $52 / hr. w2_

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality.

    + Working closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps.

    • Strong project management skills with ability to take ownership of a business issue, lead triage and resolution discussions with a sense of urgency, communicate client and participant impact to Legal, Risk, Compliance and appropriate business partners, and see resolution of issue through to completion

    • Data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up/configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.

    • Identifying root causes and validating business problems in terms of business and systems requirements.

    Experience Requirements:

    • 5 years’ experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.

    • Outstanding conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendations.

    • SQL development experience.

    • Superb communication skills – written, verbal and presentation skills.

    • Prior work in an Agile environment.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
