So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed? - Loads and unloads merchandise; examines for damage or shortages. - Unpacks, segregates, and stocks counters and or shelves with merchandise in accordance with established instructions. - May operate a cash register on an occasional basis. - Works under the general supervision of a designated supervisor carrying out assignments with little review during progress of work. The Qualifiers: · Six months experience performing various duties in connection with loading, unloading, and verifying of merchandise. · Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. · Physical requirements: Stands walks and handles merchandise up to 50 pounds with assistance.
