Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Engineer to support Tier 0/1 applications that provide secure access across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions such as Zscaler or Palo Alto, and a strong background in security software, business process design, and cross-functional project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for Tier 0/1 secure access applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Lead the end-to-end technical deployment of Secure Browser solutions across enterprise environments.

• Collaborate with IT, Security, and End User Computing teams to align deployment strategies with business and compliance requirements.

• Validate performance, compatibility, and user experience across diverse user segments.

• Act as a project or team lead for formal implementations and cross-functional solution design initiatives.

• Support and manage secure access platforms through managed consoles while providing direct support to end users.

Skills and Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in security-related software or security business process design.

• Hands-on experience with SASE solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Palo Alto).

• Proven experience supporting Tier 0/1 applications in a secure access environment.

• Demonstrated leadership in project or team-based roles, particularly in implementation and solution design.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CISA, or CISM.

• Previous experience in the telecom industry or familiarity with T-Mobile’s network elements.
