    What You Will Do:

    Support our Sales Department in delivering faster responses and smoother customer experiences. This role will serve as a bridge between District Managers and internal departments, with a focus on production scheduling, high-profile order updates, and resolving issues that impact customers. By stepping in on key follow-ups and coordination when District Managers are overloaded or on the road, this position ensures the sales team can stay focused on customer relationships.

    Essential Functions:

    + Good practical knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, and Access.

    + Proficiency with CRM Systems.

    + Must be able to type 40 wpm.

    + Production & Scheduling Support

    + Attend weekly production scheduling meetings to present the sales perspective.

    + Provide District Managers with real-time updates on production changes, delivery risks, or priorities.

    + Track status of high-profile or sensitive orders/projects and ensure District Managers have timely updates.

    + Customer Delivery & Commitments

    + Monitor confirmed delivery schedules and flag issues early.

    + Coordinate with service and logistics teams to ensure accurate lead-time and delivery information is communicated to customers.

    + Act as a point of contact for internal order-status questions when District Managers are traveling.

    + Internal Coordination

    + Liaise with engineering, service, quality, and finance departments to resolve issues impacting customers.

    + Step in to gather technical or cost data for District Managers when workloads are heavy or deadlines are tight.

    + Escalate bottlenecks or risks inside the company that may affect customer commitments.

    + Reporting & Communication

    + Provide District Managers with concise weekly summaries of production issues, delivery delays, or other order-related risks.

    + Maintain simple trackers for top-priority or high-visibility orders/projects only (not the full pipeline).

    + Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring challenges and suggesting solutions.

    + Will handle miscellaneous duties, as assigned

    + Must be regular in attendance.

    Essential Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to read printed word, write, speak, and understand English.

    + Must be able to bend and reach.

    + Must have valid driver’s license, able to drive an automobile and use public transportation, ie: plane, train, auto, etc.

    + Must be able to sit at a workstation for long periods of time and able to traverse the building.

    + Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.
