+ **Competitive Pay:** The salary for this position ranges from **$52.22 to $77.59 per hour** , depending on experience, plus $7/hour night shift differential.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As an **RN - ICU Stepdown** , you will be at the heart of our patient care team. Your responsibilities include:
+ **Patient-Centered Care:** Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
+ **Team Collaboration:** Direct and delegate care to other team members and contribute to a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach.
+ **Professional Growth:** Ensure your own professional effectiveness through continuous education and development.
+ **Quality & Safety:** Help maintain established hospital policies, procedures, and safety programs.
Qualifications
+ **Education:** Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
+ **Experience:** One year of RN experience in a progressive care or stepdown unit within the last three years is preferred. Experience with critical care nursing is a plus. One year of RN experience is required. Some postings may be for the Nurse Residency and the following criteria will apply to those postings: If the candidate is a new graduate, the RN will also be required to participate in the Nurse Residency Program.
+ **Credentials:** You must be a **Registered Nurse in Washington State** and have a **Basic Life Support (BLS)** certification upon hire. **Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)** is required within six months, and **National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)** certification is required within 120 days.
+ **Skills:** Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are essential.
