+ Pay Rate: 18.25/hr

+ Location: Brighton, MI

+ Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Saturday as required)

+ Employment Type: Contract (3 months)

What’s a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:

+ Set up molds and ensure proper specifications are followed.

+ Read and interpret job travelers and documentation accurately.

+ Select and change films as needed for specific molds.

+ Adjust foam amounts to meet production requirements.

+ Assist in changeovers to keep production flowing.

+ Inspect cushions for quality, identify product issues, and maintain equipment.

+ Perform housekeeping duties, including removing and replacing scrap materials.

+ Keep foam guns clean and clear of blockages.

+ Track waste and maintain accurate production records.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

+ A High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

+ At least **1 year of machine operation or manufacturing experience** (2 years preferred).

+ Experience working with foam (a plus).

+ Basic computer skills and the ability to read and write instructions.

+ Motivation to learn new tasks and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
