    **Kelly Services** is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin/Customer Service candidate located in Troy, Mi. This is a part time Temp to hire opportunity offering consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

    **Pay rate:** $17.00 an hour

    **Work hours:** Flexible on work schedule- Prefer three days a week. Will be working onsite.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Answering phones.

    + Handling invoicing, quotes, along with purchase orders and shipments.

    + Processing orders mainly with credit cards purchases.

    + Will be learning production line and pricing.

    + Filling out templates and cover letters

    + Handling inventory- Buy restock and shelf when needed **Qualifications:**

    + High School diploma or equivalent required.

    + Previous Administrative experience answering incoming and outgoing calls.

    + Outgoing Friendly Personality, go getter attitude.

    + Intermediate skills in word, and excel

    + Have experience working with CRM packages.

    + Associates degree but not mandatory

    + Prefer someone that is bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese but is not mandatory

    + Excellent organizational skills.

    + Dependable and team-oriented
