Machine Operator

**1st shift** _Monday–Thursday | 6:00am to 4:30pm_

_Pay $19.00 hour_

_Paid Weekly_

Temp to perm opportuinty

Fridays Off!

What You’ll Do:

+ Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently

+ Load parts and verify settings by measuring first-run and sample parts

+ Maintain production targets for cycle time, quality, and quantity

+ Use hand tools like calipers, micrometers, and inspection gauges

+ Ensure part quality through in-process inspections

+ Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions when needed

+ Accurately complete inspection paperwork (IP sheets)

What We’re Looking For:

+ Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

+ Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting

+ Familiarity with blueprints and mechanical drawings

+ 1+ year of CNC experience is a plus, but not required

+ Able to lift up to 35 pounds & stand on your feet for 10 hours

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

What Polaris Monticello Produces & Manufactures

The facility manufactures high-precision parts for Polaris products — particularly motorcycle crankcases, heads, and pivot tubes. Team members support operations such as die casting, machining, assembly, and quality inspection to ensure our parts meet the highest standards..
