    Duration: 2+ months contract

    Job Description:

    + The successful candidate will **develop AI agents and apply machine learning** to enable delivery of robust results from **proteomics experiments** performed by the **proteomics** team.

    + The successful candidate will develop a process, working with team members, to **programmatically run R-scripts and python programs and develop AI agents and ML tools** to expedite decision making and **reduce processing time** to turn processed data into reported results in a more efficient manner than currently done by team analysts.

    Responsibilities:

    + The successful candidate will **develop AI agents and apply machine learning** to enable delivery of robust results from **proteomics experiments** performed by the **proteomics** team.

    + The successful candidate will develop a process, working with team members, to **programmatically run R-scripts and python programs and develop AI agents and ML tools** to expedite decision making and **reduce processing time** to turn processed data into reported results

    Experience:

    + **B.S/M.S. in Computer Science, AI Engineering** , Data Statistics, or related fields

    + **1-3 years of experience** with a focus on **AI/ML**

    Skills:

    + Programming skills in **R, Python and machine learning libraries**

    + **Design of AI agents and architecture** capable of autonomous decision making

    + Perform feature engineering and development of **accurate ML models**

    + Familiarity with **statistics and large-scale scientific studies**

    + Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with diverse subject matter experts

    Education:

    + **B.S/M.S. in Computer Science, AI Engineering** , Data Statistics, or related fields with a focus on **AI/ML**
