Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Perform work in accordance to safety guidelines and job specifications.

+ Responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching their crews on roofing jobs.

+ Restore, Removal, Repair, and Replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal).

+ Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members.

+ Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of the work.

Requirements

+ 5+ years of Architectural sheet metal roofing experience.

+ 3+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.

+ Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems.

+ Must possess basic computer skills.

+ Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions.

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

+ Ability to travel when necessary.

+ Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.

+ Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.

+ 21 years of age or older (In order to drive a company vehicle).

+ Authorized to work in the United States
