    PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Institute for Medical Engineering & Science (IMES), to join an inclusive community of students, administrative staff, research staff, and faculty who research, work, educate, and learn, at the convergence of engineering, science, and medicine to transform human health for all. In support of MIT Health and Life Sciences Collaborative (MIT HEALS), IMES serves as the administrative home for the MIT-MGB Seed Program and the MIT Program for Health Sciences + Semiconductors.     Job Requirements

    REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; a minimum of two years of project/program management, preferably in an academic environment; strong Microsoft Office Suite skills; exceedingly fine attention to detail and the ability to proactively anticipate issues and complications to processes; solid written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on synthesizing information into succinct summaries; excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to manage projects effectively and on time; and ability to remain engaged, responsive and accessible for the entirety of the prescribed work hours.
