A full-time Nurse Practitioner position is available with Liberty Healthcare at the Stockley Center in Georgetown, Delaware.

The Stockley Center is a modern and well-staffed intermediate care facility which provides a wide array of residential and supportive services to adults who are living with physical and developmental disabilities.

As a Nurse Practitioner your day-to-day work will involve:

+ Rounding living units and evaluating patients

+ Conducting examinations and performing diagnostic tests

+ Providing acute and preventive care

+ Developing and managing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases

+ Prescribing medications

+ Collaborating with the facility's Medical Director, nursing team, and ancillary staff

+ Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and case conferences

As a Nurse Practitioner and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:

+ Annual salary between $110,000 and $125,000 (depending on experience)

You are a good fit for this position if you are licensed professionally in Delaware as a Nurse Practitioner and have proficiency in diagnosing, treating and managing acute and chronic health conditions for adults.
