Description

We are looking for an experienced FP& A Lead to join our team in Lexington, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

+ Act as FP& A Team Lead to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.

+ Optimize financial planning processes to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.

+ Mentor and support the growth and development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

+ Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts to align with organizational goals.

+ Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, to management.

+ Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

+ Collaborate with department leaders to gather relevant financial information and provide analytical support.

+ Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs and challenges.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or planning, preferably in an ERP environment (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics 365, etc.).

+ Cross-functional FP& A experience supporting multiple business areas (e.g., operations, sales, supply chain, HR, product development, etc.).

+ Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
