Description We are looking for an experienced Tax Director/Manager to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. This role involves leading tax-related activities, managing financial reporting, and supervising accounting staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. If you have a strong background in corporate tax and accounting, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily financial reporting and accounting operations, including the review and approval of journal entries.

• Prepare and review components of interim and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Supervise and guide a team of 2-3 accountants and bookkeepers, providing leadership and support.

• Direct and coordinate all tax-related filings and activities, including returns and estimates for the Federation, Trusts, and Supporting Foundations.

• Conduct reviews of monthly bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.

• Offer guidance and assistance in preparing financial documents for audits or other organizational needs.

• Collaborate on additional tasks and projects as assigned to support organizational goals. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate tax and accounting roles.

• Proficiency in annual income tax provisions and corporate tax compliance processes.

• Familiarity with ATX Tax Software and other tax compliance tools.

• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax regulations and reporting standards.

• Proven ability to manage and supervise accounting teams effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for financial reporting.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide and support staff.
