Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee both remote and onsite technical support for business clients, ensuring systems operate efficiently. You will handle a variety of tasks including system configuration, troubleshooting, and client site visits to provide hands-on assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote and onsite technical support to business clients, addressing system-related issues promptly.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and servers to ensure optimal performance.

• Visit client locations within the Dallas area to provide hands-on support or execute project tasks as needed.

• Maintain clear and organized documentation for all technical processes and client interactions.

• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical challenges while independently managing client visits after onboarding.

• Implement and support operating systems such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD.

• Manage hardware solutions including custom-built PCs, server builds, and laptop repairs.

• Administer productivity tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to optimize client workflows.

• Utilize virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware to enhance system functionality.

• Configure and troubleshoot networking solutions including VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience in systems administration or a related technical role.

• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Windows Desktop environments.

• Hands-on experience with networking technologies including VLANs, Cisco, and Fortinet firewalls.

• Familiarity with virtualization tools such as VMware and Hyper-V.

• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and batch scripting.

• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detailed documentation and ticket management.

• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively handle client interactions.
