    At Robert Half, we are committed to connecting highly skilled creative professionals with our clients to help them create superior customer experiences and stay ahead of the competition. We are currently seeking Freelance Web Designers to assist our clients in enhancing their online presence.

    Responsibilities may include:

    + Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with client objectives.

    + Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

    + Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design meets both creative and functional goals.

    + Maintain brand consistency and develop innovative solutions to improve user experience (UX).

    + Stay up to date with emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies.

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive design and aesthetic creativity.

    + Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and web design tools like Figma or Sketch.

    + Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.

    + Expertise in designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.

    + Effective communication skills to interpret client needs and present ideas clearly.

    + Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field preferred (but not mandatory).

    + 2+ years of professional experience in web design.
