    The Med Renewal Center Specialist provides clerical and customer service support for the Patient Contact Center.

    Responsibilities

    Communicates status of renewals to patients and/or physician offices Maintains departmental schedule documents. Collects and enters faxed medication renewal orders from clinic departments. Assists in the scheduling of appointments and/or lab work. Requisitions and reporting for Patient Contact Center. Collect daily data to submit morning and evening reports Contact patients as directed-for appointments Change PCP inform refills have been sent to the pharmacy

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The compensation range for this position is $16.98per hour - $27.51per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
