    DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SHOP MANAGER?

     

    + Majority of time spent in shopleading from an eyes-on-production mindset

    + Partner with a Office manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to shop floor

    + Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Manual

    + Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team

    + Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed

    + Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards

    + Assuring all necessary leases, licenses, and permits are current and in place

    + Interviewing, selecting, and training of employees

    + Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems

    + Understands business financials and meet financial goals

    + Spend time training in each department before taking on Store Manager responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business

    HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES

    + Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule

    + A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body / automotive / dealership industry, or relatable field preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate.

    + Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds

    + You must have a valid driver's license

    This is a full time position

     

    Compensation: $150,000 - $220,000 per year
