Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a **board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician** to join our established team at the North Burnet Clinic in Austin, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a **physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system** that is nationally recognized for quality, innovation, and patient-centered care.

About the Role

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about **whole-person care** , skilled in managing both acute and chronic conditions, and committed to preventive medicine. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and strengthen community health.

Practice Setting

The **Baylor Scott & White Clinic – North Burnet** serves the North Austin community, offering a wide range of services including:

+ **Preventive and primary care** for all ages

+ Access to specialty care such as cardiology, dermatology, and orthopedics

+ On-site urgent care for common conditions such as asthma, flu, skin diseases, and musculoskeletal pain

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver **comprehensive, patient-focused primary care** across the lifespan.

+ Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of **acute illnesses and chronic conditions** .

+ Provide **wellness exams, immunizations, and preventive screenings** tailored to patient needs.

+ Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare team members to **coordinate care** .

+ Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with system protocols.

+ Participate in **quality improvement initiatives** and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

+ Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas by the **Texas Medical Board** .

+ Board-certified or board-eligible in **Family Medicine** (ABMS or BOS).

+ Demonstrated history of providing **high-quality, compassionate care** .
